3. About Package.
We have self-operated products and can also receive OEM\ODM. If customers have their own product packaging design solutions for products, they can provide us with solutions. We strictly follow your company's product packaging design packaging products.
(1): Product inner packaging: use high-quality bubble wrap to pack the product. Prevent the product from being squeezed by external forces during handling and transportation.
(2): Special parts packaging: Count the parts before packaging, put them in a plastic bag, and seal them up. Prevent parts from being lost.
(3): Product outer packaging: The outer packaging is usually packaged in a carton, and the surface of the carton has a product packaging shell designed by our company. (If you have special design requirements for external packaging, please give us a detailed design plan.

5. Shipping

6. Delivery
After service: Within 5 years,if the transformer has question,and if the buyer sends it back,the seller will send new one to buyer,all the transportation fees will be paid by buyer. If won't send it back,the buyer will return 30% of the payment to seller.And if the buyer requires new one,the seller will charge 70% of the payment and send new one to buyer.
